SHIPPING, CANCELATIONS AND RETURNS

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
Shipping to the United States and Canada is done through UPS. International Shipments are through USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International. If your address is a PO Box, FPO/APO, or in Alaska or Hawaii, we reserve the right to ship the item(s) USPS. We also reserve the right to change shippers if the item will arrive in the same time frame. Most of the items listed are Stock items here in our showroom. We will normally ship within 2-3 business days once payment has been verified. If an item is sold out in our retail store before it is sold online, we may need to order or make the item, which may add a couple days to the processing of the order. All buyers are responsible for additional shipping and handling charges incurred due to an invalid or undeliverable shipping address. To the country of Gibraltar, we cannot ship Express Mail International.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELATIONS
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.
All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 1-888-494-6001 within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
